About Me

My name is Hannah Holtzapfel and I'm 24 years old and have been in the customer service and sales industry my entire life- as of late I've realized I enjoy building relationships with my clients more than I enjoy selling them and that's why I think that being a Customer Service Guru is the position for me.

 

Currently I'm a Sales Representative and an Account Manager, but I am constantly striving for the satisfaction of my clients- I'm available around the clock for my clients and I would confidently ask any of them for a referral in terms of my ability to make them feel comfortable and at ease with the product in addition to addressing any other comments or questions or concerns that they have in regards to any product that our company offers. Customer support is second nature to me!

 

Aside from the fact that I would go above and beyond for my clients, I feel as though I'm a perfect personality fit for Shopify. Creating this store was the most fun application I've ever completed (job or otherwise!) and I believe that my sense of humor and personality are conveyed exactly as it would be in person or over the phone. Building rapport and relationships through genial and conversation and banter is something that I excel at, but certainly know when and where to use this (I know that not everybody is a jokester! Assessing the tone of the client and building the conversation appropriately is definitely a quality I use in every phone call.)

 

Shopify is a company I see growing exponentially in the future and it's a company I can see myself growing with, as well. I am constantly looking to learn more and grow as an individual (taking assorted courses frequently) and I would love to be able to offer any and all of my arsenal of knowledge to help the growth of the company: efficiency plans and suggestions of improvement while also learning from all of my colleagues in their assorted positions.
